We are currently hiring Sales Representatives to join our growing team. We're looking for motivated, results-driven professionals who are passionate about sales and skilled at driving business growth. Ideal candidates will be adept at identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing full-cycle B2B sales for IT services and software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and inbound leads.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored IT solutions, including services and software products.
- Present and demonstrate product features and value propositions to clients.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and marketing teams to create compelling proposals and client presentations.
- Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of opportunities, pipeline, and client interactions.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within IT services or software solutions.
- Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to grasp technical concepts and convey them in a business-relevant context.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Familiarity with consultative, solution-based, or value-based selling methodologies.
- Industry knowledge in verticals such as healthcare, finance, retail, or manufacturing.
