- Generate and follow up on leads via walk-ins, calls, and WhatsApp
- Conduct gym tours and convert inquiries into memberships
- Meet monthly sales targets and maintain CRM records
- Support marketing campaigns and member engagement initiatives
Requirements:
- Female candidates only
- 1–3 years of sales experience (fitness/hospitality preferred)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Goal-driven and tech-savvy
- Passion for fitness is a plus
