Key Responsibilities
- Assist in receiving, storing, and displaying FMCG products.
- Ensure products are properly tagged, priced, and arranged as per planograms.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damages.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness across the department.
- Provide customer assistance by guiding them to products and addressing queries.
- Support promotional activities, tastings, and in-store activations.
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality standards.
- Assist in monthly/quarterly stock audits.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet departmental goals.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in retail/FMCG operations (freshers may also apply).
- Knowledge of FMCG products and retail operations.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / POS system preferred).
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, or holidays as per business needs.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in supermarkets, hypermarkets, or food retail.
- Understanding of inventory control and merchandising.
- Team player with a proactive approach.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
