Sales order & Billing

To manage the end-to-end process of sales order booking, billing, invoicing, and coordination for the Chicken Processing Plant. The role ensures accuracy, timely execution, compliance with company policies, and smooth coordination between sales, accounts, and dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Order Management:

• Receive, verify, and process customer sales orders in the ERP system.
• Ensure order details are accurate (pricing, quantity, product codes, credit limits, delivery schedule).
• Coordinate with the production and dispatch team for order fulfillment.
• Maintain daily records of sales orders, dispatches, and pending orders.

Billing & Invoicing:

• Prepare and issue invoices accurately as per sales orders and dispatch details.
• Ensure GST, HSN codes, and other statutory requirements are correctly applied.
• Verify rate contracts, discounts, and schemes before billing.
• Maintain systematic billing records and share daily/weekly reports with management.

Coordination & Compliance:

• Liaise with logistics and dispatch for timely delivery of goods.
• Coordinate with the sales team for order status, delivery schedules, and payment follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory norms, and audit requirements.
• Support internal and external audit processes with required data.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare MIS reports for sales, billing, and outstanding payments.
• Maintain customer-wise and region-wise billing data.
• Update management on order vs. dispatch status and collection trends.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of billing, invoicing, and sales order processing.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally or similar).
• Understanding of GST and other taxation applicable to poultry/chicken processing business.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel & reporting.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration (B.Com, BBA, M.Com, MBA preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in sales order processing, billing, or commercial function (preferably in FMCG, Food Processing, or Poultry industry).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
