Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders directly on mobile device/app
- Ensure order accuracy and avoid duplication/errors
- Share orders with billing and dispatch team in real-time
- Provide product information and assist customers in selection
- Maintain records of daily orders and payments (if collected)
- Support smooth operations of online and in-store orders
