Job Title: Sales Operations Executive
Work Location: Mumbai
Experience Required: 3 to 7 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end sales operations including order processing, delivery follow-ups, and nationwide coordination.
- Prepare quotations, maintain accurate sales records, and support reporting requirements.
- Work closely with logistics, inventory, and finance teams to ensure product availability and timely dispatches.
Skills and Competencies Required:
- Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
- Good communication skills for customer and internal team interactions.
- Hands-on experience in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting) and Tally for order management and invoicing.
- Exposure to customer service, sales reporting, and CRM tools.
