Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and train partners to promote company products.
- Support partners in achieving their sales targets.
- Drive sales through a well-managed agency network.
- Build strong relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
- Track performance and provide regular guidance to partners.
Requirements
- Graduation mandatory.
- Minimum 1–3 years of sales/marketing experience (insurance/BFSI preferred).
- Strong relationship-building and team coordination skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
