Sales officer
Key responsibilities:
1. Sales and Revenue Generation
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities (leads, referrals, cold calls).
- Promote and sell products/services to prospective customers.
- Negotiate deals and close sales.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
3. Market Research and Analysis
- Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities.
- Provide feedback to management on product performance and customer needs.
- Identify potential markets or customer segments.
4. Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare regular sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Update CRM systems with client information and sales progress.
5. Team Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams.
- Share insights and coordinate on promotional campaigns or product launches.
- Attend team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
