Identify and source potential customers for personal loans, home loans, business loans, or other financial products.
- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, references, and marketing activities.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements to customers.
- Assist customers in completing loan applications and ensure accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, and collections) to ensure smooth loan processing.
