Job Description
The role involves promoting and selling loan products such as Personal Loan, Used Car Loan, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Solar Loan. The candidate should have prior experience in sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire customers for Personal Loan, Used Car Loan, LAP, and Solar Loan
- Meet clients, explain loan products, and complete application formalities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business
- Coordinate with the credit and operations team for loan processing
- Keep accurate records of sales, leads, and client interactions
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales (Loans/NBFC/Banking preferred)
- Good communication, convincing, and closing skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM)
- Willingness for field work if required
Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000
