Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc in Biotechnology + MBA in Marketing (or equivalent) Industry: Biotechnology / Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences
Experience: Fresher or 1–2 years of experience
Salary: Up to ₹50,000/month (depending on experience & interview)
Job Summary: We are hiring dynamic professionals with a Biotech and Marketing background to join our Sales & Marketing team.
The ideal candidate will promote biotech products/services, engage with clients, and contribute to strategic growth in the life sciences and healthcare market. Freshers with relevant academic knowledge are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities:
- Promote biotech/pharma products .
- Generate and manage leads through client visits, calls, and follow-ups
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations
- Support product launches and branding activities
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and prepare periodic reports
Skills & Competencies:
- Sound understanding of biotech or life sciences concepts
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and client-handling skills
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word); CRM tools is a plus
- Willingness to travel and work on the field as needed
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving market dynamics
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
