About Lumenza:
LUMENZA is a fast-growing brand in the premium architectural hardware industry, offering high-quality door handles, locks, kitchen accessories, bathroom fittings, and safes. We are looking for dynamic and result-driven individuals to join our sales and marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
>< Lead Generation:
- Identify and reach out to potential customers (dealers, architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, etc.)
- Conduct field visits, networking, cold calls, and online outreach to generate new business leads
>< Product Promotion & Presentation:
- Showcase and explain Lumenza products to clients using samples, brochures, and digital tools
- Educate clients on product features, benefits, and usage
>< Deal Closure:
- Handle inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups
- Convert leads into successful sales by building trust and offering the right solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
>< Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners
- Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction
><Reporting & Coordination:
- Maintain daily reports of visits, calls, and conversions
- Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams for smooth delivery and branding support
Candidate Requirements:
✅ Minimum 1 years of experience in field sales or marketing (hardware or building materials preferred)
✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✅ Confidence in client handling and field marketing
✅ Basic understanding of digital marketing tools is a plus
✅ Two-wheeler with valid license (preferred)
✅ Willing to travel within the city/region
