The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our industrial and engineering products, expanding market reach, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Metaplast's products in B2B industrial markets. Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, field visits, trade shows, and digital platforms. Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and distributors. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with the sales and production teams to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines. Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups. Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and reports. Manage company’s presence on online platforms like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc. Maintain CRM/database of leads and customer interactions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in industrial product marketing or a related field (preferred). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and B2B platforms (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.). Ability to work independently and travel for client visits.
