- Identify and approach potential customers, dealers, and contractors.
- Present and explain company products and solutions in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Product Knowledge & Training
- Gain in-depth knowledge of company products, features, and USPs.
- Attend training sessions and keep updated with latest industry trends.
- Lead Generation & Follow-ups
- Generate quality leads through field visits, references, and networking.
- Maintain timely follow-ups on leads until closure.
- Sales Closure & Coordination
- Collaborate with authorized company representatives for final negotiations.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, quotations, and agreements.
- Ensure smooth execution of sales cycle from inquiry to delivery.
- Payment Collection & Tracking
- Ensure timely collection of client payments.
- Track outstanding payments and provide regular updates.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain proper sales records, client database, and follow-up schedules.
- Provide daily/weekly updates to MD & management team on sales activities.
- Professional Conduct
- Maintain confidentiality of company data and client information.
- Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and discipline.
- Market Research & Feedback
- Monitor competitor activities and share insights with management.
- Collect customer feedback to improve service and product offerings.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with operations, accounts, and management for smooth order execution.
- Support promotional activities, events, and exhibitions when required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
