Role & responsibilities
- identify potential leads/ Clients in given territory
- approach the clients in person for promotion and service
- cold call prospects to initiate sales opportunities
- Provide strong support to clients
- strong customer relationship management skills
- achieve targets through effective communication, motivation, and goal-setting.
- Develop and implement strategies for residential & commercial sales growth by identifying new business opportunities.
- Conduct field marketing activities such as property visits, Budgeting, and direct selling efforts to generate leads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and finance to drive business results.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
Preferred candidate profile
- 2-5 years of experience in Door-to-Door/ Direct Sales (solar industry mandatory.)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Any Graduate
- Territory Knowledge is a must
- Strong communication skill
- must have two wheeler with valid driving license
