Key Responsibilities:1. Exhibition & Event Sales Execution
- Represent the brand and product portfolio professionally at exhibitions, pop-ups, and promotional events.
- Manage booth setup, product display, inventory, samples, and logistics in coordination with the marketing and ops teams.
- Engage with walk-in prospects, understand their needs, and pitch suitable products effectively (B2B/B2C).
2. Lead Generation & CRM
- Capture leads accurately, classify them (B2B/B2C/distributors/retailers), and record their requirements.
- Maintain daily interaction logs and share event summaries with actionable insights.
- Input all leads into the CRM system and ensure proper tagging for follow-ups.
3. Client Handling & Sales Follow-up
- Follow up with hot and warm leads after the event to close the sale or convert them into distributors/partners.
- Share product catalogues, rate lists, and samples when required.
- Coordinate with internal sales support/logistics to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
4. Market Intelligence
- Gather competitor information, new product trends, pricing intelligence, and customer feedback from events.
- Suggest improvements in packaging, pricing, or positioning based on real-time insights.
5. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with the marketing team for branding materials, brochures, and promotional items.
- Submit daily/weekly reports on leads, conversions, queries, and event performance.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English & Hindi essential; regional languages a plus).
- Confident public speaker and approachable personality.
- Good product presentation and soft sales techniques.
- Well-groomed, organized, and punctual at events.
- Proficient in using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
