Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, tracking progress and reporting on key metrics. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and other necessary documentation. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities. Marketing Activities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns across various platforms (e.g., digital, social media, email, print). Create compelling and engaging content for marketing materials, including brochures, websites, case studies, and social media posts. Manage and optimize the company's social media presence to increase brand awareness and engagement. Plan and execute marketing events, webinars, and trade shows to generate leads and promote the brand. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitor strategies. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, design) to ensure marketing materials are accurate and on-brand. Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI. General Responsibilities: Contribute to the development of annual sales and marketing plans. Provide regular reports on sales performance, marketing campaign effectiveness, and market feedback. Maintain a detailed and organized CRM database. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
