Key Responsibilities
· Handle incoming and outgoing calls/emails from U.S. trucking clients regarding insurance policies.
· Provide accurate information about policy coverage, quotes, renewals, claims process, and endorsements.
· Assist with new client onboarding, document collection, and verification.
· Follow up on policy renewals, pending documentation, and payments.
· Coordinate with U.S. insurance carriers and underwriters on behalf of clients.
· Log all interactions in CRM systems accurately and timely.
· Maintain a professional and empathetic approach during customer interactions.
· Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance targets (calls handled, policies serviced, etc.)
· Stay updated on U.S. insurance guidelines and compliance requirements.
Key Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year to 2 years of experience in U.S. insurance, BPO, or customer service (preferred: trucking or logistics industry).
- Basic knowledge of insurance terms (Auto/Commercial/General Liability).
- Comfortable working U.S. time zone (typically 08:30 PM – 05:30 AM IST).
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
