- Assist the sales team in identifying and researching potential leads through Linkedin, databases, and industry sources.
- Support in building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, prospects, and customer interactions in CRM tools.
- Prepare weekly reports and provide insights on lead generation performance and conversion progress.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales concepts, CRM tools, and lead generation techniques.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
