We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Sales Intern to join our dynamic sales team. This internship is an opportunity to learn the end-to-end sales process, generate leads, assist in client communication, and support the growth of our IT solutions and services. If you're passionate about technology and sales, this role will give you hands-on experience in the rapidly evolving IT industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying potential clients and generating qualified leads via cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Support the sales team in pitching IT products and services to prospective clients
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Schedule meetings and product demos with clients under supervision
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and CRM data
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals
- Learn and explain technical solutions (like SaaS, cloud, or mobile apps) to customers in a simplified manner
Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed a degree in BBA, BCA, B.Tech, MBA, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in IT products, digital services, or software sales
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Self-motivated with a learning attitude
