Position Title: Business Development Intern
Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
Duration: 6 months (Internship), with conversion to full-time employment based on performance
Role and Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in day-to-day activities such as lead generation, prospecting, and client meetings.
- Support in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Handle client inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to senior team members.
Sales Strategy Implementation:
- Work closely with senior sales personnel to implement sales strategies.
- Learn and apply effective sales techniques and methods.
- Performance Evaluation:
- Regularly update sales reports and performance metrics.
- Participate in performance review sessions to assess internship progress.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Passion for sales and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
