The Agency Associate Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance agents or advisors. The role focuses on driving sales, achieving targets, and building a strong agent network for sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents.
- Provide training and development to the recruited advisors.
- Drive sales through advisors to meet and exceed business targets.
- Monitor and support advisors in achieving their goals.
- Plan and execute local marketing activities to generate leads.
