- Relationship Building:Establishing and nurturing strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Sales Targets:Working towards achieving or exceeding individual and/or store sales targets.
- Product Presentation:Ensuring the watch displays are visually appealing, well-maintained, and reflect the brand's image.
- Staying Informed:Keeping up-to-date with the latest watch trends, new product releases, and industry developments.
