Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the steel/iron industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients to drive sales and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the steel/iron sector.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate steel/iron products.
Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with customers.
Achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, production, accounts) to ensure smooth order execution.
Conduct regular market research to keep up with industry trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the steel/iron or construction material industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of the local Pune market.
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Own two-wheeler preferred (for client visits).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
