Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide advice on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
Sales and Marketing:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote property sales and attract potential buyers.
- Conduct property showings, showcase properties to potential buyers, and highlight their features.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about market trends, pricing strategies, and competitive properties in the area.
- Prepare comparative market analyses to determine property values.
Transaction Management:
- Assist clients in the negotiation process and ensure a smooth closing.
- Prepare necessary paperwork and ensure compliance with real estate regulations.
Networking:
- Attend real estate events, open houses, and community activities to enhance visibility and network with potential clients.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including brokers, lenders, and inspectors.
Goal Achievement:
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate sales; knowledge of the local market is a plus.
- Real estate license and relevant certifications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
