Job Title: Sales Executive - Partner Onboarding

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a motivated and field-ready Sales Executive to handle the end-to-end onboarding of diverse partners, including retail stores, homestays, and travel businesses. The role involves field visits, KYC verification, document collection, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for every partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Need to visit multiple locations as and when required.
- Should be comfortable with field visits.
- Visit and onboard boutique, homestays, scenic resorts, food spots, and local adventure operators.
- Clearly explain the onboarding process, benefits, and partnership terms.
- Collect necessary documents and verify KYC details.
- Ensure all partner information is accurately recorded and submitted.
- Build strong relationships with partners during the onboarding phase.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely activation and support.
- Meet weekly and monthly onboarding targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, fieldwork, or partner onboarding.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Comfortable with daily travel and on-ground interactions.
- Basic understanding of onboarding, documentation, and KYC processes.
- Knowledge of local geography and language is a plus.
