Responsibilities :
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Hire, train, c and advise a team of sales representative
- Recruitment of potential financial advisors and Leaders
- Work on opportunities of cross-selling and upselling
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
- On-field work to reach the maximum customer
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales and marketing
- Two Wheeler Required
