CTC: Up to 3.15 LPA + Incentives
Job Summary:
We are hiring a dynamic Sales Executive to drive sales growth by promoting our products and building strong client relationships. The role involves direct sales, client acquisition, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire new customers through field sales.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Educate customers on product features and benefits.
- Ensure smooth after-sales service and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Graduation (Mandatory).
- 1–2 years of sales/marketing experience (BFSI preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
