We are hiring a Sales Executive in Dharwad. The role involves driving field sales, building strong customer relationships, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers through field visits.
- Promote and sell financial/insurance products.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance regularly.
Requirements
- Graduation mandatory.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in field sales/marketing (BFSI preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
CTC: Up to ₹3.15 LPA + Incentives
