Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers at the insurance counter with professionalism and courtesy.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products
Explain product features, benefits, terms, and conditions clearly to customers.
Generate quotations, process insurance policy applications, and ensure accurate documentation.
Maintain organized records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Collaborate with the backend team and insurance providers to facilitate smooth transactions.
