Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through client meetings, networking, and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Handle inbound leads and convert them into sales through effective follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate options.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for potential clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to drive business growth.
- Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and client interactions in CRM.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development executive
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-oriented.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week (week off on weekdays).
