JOB DESCRIPTION
Store Management
● Opening and closing stock counting and reporting to the Branch Manager.
● Display the products to admire the customers.
Customer Care
● Welcoming the customers and offering them beverages.
● Attending customers and explaining all the product lines.
● Getting feedback from the customers.
● Taking customer orders and giving regular updates to the customers regarding the orders.
● Making sure the customer gets a delighted experience.
Sales
● Using Up-selling cross-selling techniques to convert the customers to buy.
● Interact with customers and know their needs.
● Understand the buying behavior, suggest the most appropriate product.
● Explain about the product with necessary information.
● Execute the promotional activities to drive the sales.
● Achieve daily and monthly sales & Gold Savings Plan targets.
● Coordinate with marketing team to support marketing activities like exhibitions, mela, canopy etc.,
Reporting
● Collecting customer data and reporting to the store manager.
● Every day meeting with the store manager to improve sales and suggest ideas to improve
the same.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
