Position : Sales Executive
Location : Bhopal
Requirements:
- Making outbound calls, handling walk-ins, and online inquiries regarding admissions.
- Counsel students and parents about our courses, programs, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure maximum conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions using CRM tools.
- Conduct telephonic or in-person counselling sessions to convert leads into admissions.
- Participate in seminars, school/college visits, and promotional events as needed.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/enrollment targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.

Key Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English + Hindi )
- Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation abilities
- Confidence and a positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Prior experience in the education or edtech sector is mandatory

Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, etc. – MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience in counselling/sales/telecalling/ is mandatory

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
