Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive to support our sales and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about renewable energy, eager to learn, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling and digital outreach.
- Explain solar products and solutions to customers, highlighting benefits and ROI.
- Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and contribute to overall business growth.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of solar products, market trends, and competitors.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline filed.
- 0 to 6 months of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (Fresher with passion for sales may apply).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to build a career in the solar industry.
- Basic understanding of solar energy or willingness to learn quickly.
