Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide a personalized shopping experience
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products
- Manage in-store sales, handle billing, and track inventory
- Maintain attractive visual merchandising and ensure cleanliness of the boutique
- Assist with customer follow-ups and coordinate for custom orders or alterations
- Maintain records of customer data and contribute to client relationship building
Required Skills & Qualities:
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali
- A friendly and approachable personality
- Strong sense of fashion and styling (especially ethnic wear)
- Basic computer knowledge for billing and inventory (training provided)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Customer-first attitude and a positive outlook
