Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and engagement. You'll play a key role in promoting our offerings to startups, partners, and institutions while helping founders discover the tools and support they need to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and networking events.
- Explain Startup Mitr's services and convert leads into paying customers or active users.
- Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and move them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the marketing and partnerships team to align on campaign strategies and messaging.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare regular performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a startup, B2B SaaS, or service-based environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with cold outreach, CRM tools, and handling objections.
