Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and calls Foundit+14Placement
- Conduct property viewings and presentations aligned with client needs
- Build trust and maintain strong client relationships Placement

- Track leads and maintain sales records via CRM tools
- Stay updated on pricing, inventory, and market trends in Dhanori/ East Pune
Essential Skills
- Strong sales, cold-calling, and negotiation abilities Internshala+14Placement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement
- Good market knowledge of Pune’s real estate trends 5
- Organized and self-driven, with ability to multitask follow-ups and paperwork
Requirements
- Experience: 1–2 years in real estate sales
- Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Compensation & Schedule
- Salary: ₹25,000–₹45,000 per month, with performance-based bonuses Indeed
- Shift: Day shift, field visits during business hours
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹19,904.93 - ₹45,324.00 per month
