Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable two-wheeler models.
- Provide complete information about features, price, EMI options, and accessories.
- Conduct test rides and follow up on leads.
- Explain finance and insurance options available.
- Assist in booking and documentation processes.
- Regularly follow up with potential and booked customers.
- Update daily sales reports and maintain lead records.
- Coordinate with the delivery, service, and finance teams for smooth processing.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in promotional and sales campaigns.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in automobile/two-wheeler sales .
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel)
- Passion for automobiles and customer service.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
