Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting the company’s construction services, and driving sales to achieve revenue targets. This role requires excellent communication, market analysis, and relationship-building skills to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:1. Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients for construction projects.
- Promote the company’s construction services, highlighting unique selling points.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales goals and revenue targets.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.
3. Market Analysis and Lead Generation:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Stay updated on industry developments and client needs.
4. Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure deals while ensuring profitability.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly to close sales effectively.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
- Use CRM tools to manage leads, track progress, and forecast sales.
6. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to align sales with project capabilities.
- Communicate client feedback to improve services and offerings.
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
Qualifications and Skills:Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Diploma or certification in Sales/Marketing (preferred).
Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Key Skills:

- Strong understanding of the construction industry and its services.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
