- Fluent in English & Hindi or any Indian language with good communication skills for interacting with the team.
- Possession of Diamond Knowledge Certification from any reputable laboratory is an advantage.
- Expert with in-depth knowledge and experience in B2B sales, with a passion for sales of diamonds.
- Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers.
- Ability to maintain and develop a client portfolio.
- Familiarity with digital customer relationship tools and different sales techniques.
- Personal qualities that are crucial: Persistence, Listening Skills, Autonomy, Adaptability.
- One or more years of sales experience within a similar industry.
- Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
