Key Responsibilities of Sales Executive:
- Follow-up with Client Leads:
- Reach out to potential clients provided by the service team to understand their needs and requirements.
- Keep track of leads and ensure timely follow-up for conversions.
- Maintain a high level of client engagement and ensure a personalized approach to each client.
- Attend Client Meetings:
- Schedule and attend physical meetings with clients to discuss their financial goals.
- Present and explain the various products, including Mutual Funds, SIPs, Fixed Deposits, and Life Insurance in a clear and comprehensive manner.
- Address any questions or concerns the client may have, providing expert product knowledge and advice.
- Provide Product Knowledge:
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the features, benefits, and suitability of different financial products.
- Advise clients on the best investment options based on their financial situation and goals.
- Sales and Relationship Management:
- Drive sales by recommending the most appropriate financial solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Continuously update client information in CRM systems to maintain accurate records.
- Achieve Sales Targets:
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Monitor your performance and work towards continuous improvement in your sales approach.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay updated on market trends and changes in financial products to provide clients with the best advice.
- Be proactive in suggesting new investment opportunities and product offerings to clients.
