At JEM INDIAA (Joy in Every Mile), we design and manufacture premium motorcycle touring accessories that enhance every biker’s ride. With a growing network of online, retail, and wholesale customers, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive sales growth, build dealer networks, and strengthen our retail presence.
Job Role: Sales Executive (Retail & Wholesale)Key Responsibilities:1. Retail Sales
- Handle direct sales to walk-in customers & online inquiries.
- Build customer relationships by understanding biker needs and suggesting the right JEM INDIAA products.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through showroom sales, online DMs, WhatsApp inquiries, and events.
- Maintain visual merchandising & product displays at the retail outlet.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize customer value.
2. Wholesale / Dealer Sales
- Identify and onboard new wholesale partners, bike accessory shops, and distributors across India.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and bulk buyers.
- Share product catalogs, offers, and promotions with wholesale partners.
- Negotiate deals and ensure smooth order processing, payment follow-ups, and timely dispatches.
- Expand JEM INDIAA’s presence in tier-1, tier-2, and tier-3 cities by creating new dealer networks.
3. Sales Operations & Reporting
- Maintain and update sales records, customer database, and dealer network.
- Coordinate with marketing team for promotional campaigns, offers, and product launches.
- Gather market intelligence (competitor prices, new products, dealer feedback) and report to management.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and submit to management.
- Support participation in bike events, exhibitions, and rides to promote JEM INDIAA products.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail / wholesale / field sales (Automotive / Bike Accessories industry preferred).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer & dealer relationships.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, CRM tools, or sales software.
- Passion for motorcycles, touring, or automotive industry is a big plus.
Location & Work Mode:
Retail Outlet + Field Visits for Wholesale (Travel Required).
