Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves identifying potential clients, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients through various channels.
- Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and networking.
- Schedule meetings/demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in CRM.
- Collaborate with sales managers to achieve targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in BFSI/Insurance sector will be an added advantage.
