Position: Sales Executive
Location: West Bengal & North Bengal Region
Experience Required: 2+ years in field sales (preferably premium / high-value products)
Salary: ₹20,000 per month + Travel Allowance + Incentives
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive with prior experience in selling premium and high-priced products. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our brand presence across West Bengal and North Bengal.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and convert potential customers in the assigned region.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and retail partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for premium product categories.
Conduct regular market visits across West Bengal and North Bengal for lead generation and follow-ups.
Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
Provide detailed sales reports and market feedback to management.
Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of proven field sales experience* (experience in premium/high-value product sales preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions.
Willingness to travel extensively across West Bengal and North Bengal.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred but not mandatory).
Self-driven with a strong result-oriented mindset.
