Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong ability to build relationships with clients. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective negotiation, customer service, and communication skills. You will engage in both outbound and warm calling to identify new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, field visits, networking, and referrals.
* Conduct client meetings to present, promote, and sell products/services.
* Demonstrate product features and explain benefits tailored to customer needs.
* Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales agreements effectively.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
* Collect orders and ensure timely payment from clients.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
* Conduct market research to gather insights on competitors and customer trends.
* Provide after-sales support and resolve client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
* Submit daily/weekly sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager.
* Represent the company professionally and enhance its brand image in the market.
* Identify new business opportunities and support the team in closing high-value deals.

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in field sales.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
* Basic knowledge of Ms excel, Word & Power point.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
