- Drive sales by upselling and cross-selling premium chocolates and gift hampers.
- Maintain excellent customer service and build repeat clientele.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and new launches.
- Ensure attractive visual merchandising and proper product display.
- Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and maintain product freshness.
- Handle billing, POS operations, and maintain daily sales records.
- Support in inventory checks and store audits.
