Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Real Estate division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Meet and exceed sales targets for residential and commercial projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with potential buyers.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and follow-up schedules.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional events and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of local real estate market and trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
