About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven and confident Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at [Your Agency Name]. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching digital marketing services, and closing sales to drive business growth. You’ll work closely with marketing, account management, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Understand client needs and effectively present digital marketing solutions (SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Web Design, etc.).
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a smooth handover to the account management team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or business development (preferably in digital marketing or related industry).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing sales or agency environment.
- Existing network of business contacts is a plus.
