- Stay updated on industry trends and new product lines.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or luxury retail is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about jewelry and sustainability.
- Fluent in Telugu and Hindi; additional languages such as English are a plus.
- Customer-focused with a friendly nature is approachable .
