Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth in the interior design sector. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, understanding their requirements, and converting them into successful interior projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for residential, commercial, and corporate interior projects.
- Meet prospective clients, understand their design requirements, and present suitable design and budget proposals.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the design and project execution teams to deliver client requirements.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and site visits as required.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in interior design, real estate, or construction.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and propose customized solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,500.00 per month
